The newer condo developments along Boulevard Curé-Labelle and northern Sainte-Rose run time-windowed elevator bookings that require 48 to 72 hours of advance notice. We reserve the elevator directly with building management, submit CNS's Intact insurance certificate, and bring floor runners, corner guards and elevator padding on every condo move. Weekday windows are easiest; evening and weekend slots need longer lead times.
